Stephanie holds an MFA in creative nonfiction (2015) from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, FL, where she now serves as Assistant Professor of Creative Nonfiction. Prior to her appointment, she served for six years as an instructor of English at FAU teaching literary interpretation, creative writing, professional writing, composition, and other writing courses for undergraduates. She also led a graduate nonfiction workshop in Fall 2022. In addition, Stephanie has led memoir and poetry workshops for seniors through FAU's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
